Implement and manage FlyNamibia's marketing and communications strategy; develop partner relationships with travel trade, tour operators, corporates and government; manage sales targets and sales team performance; plan and execute marketing campaigns, budgets and media; acquire new business and trade agreements; attend trade events and trainings; handle PR, promotions, sponsorships, and reporting to inform decisions.

Process supplier invoices and month-end payments; manage refunds (amount, pax, FOP) and backlog; compile airline statistics and reports; monitor load factors, fare class optimization and DCS status; submit ad-hoc changes to Airlink; schedule operational changes; respond to client email complaints.

Participate in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, risk analysis and management reporting. Oversee accounting procedures, maintain cost controls, input and audit financial data, and support development of financial systems for business growth.
