Perform general warehouse tasks supporting coffee logistics: receive, unload and store goods; pick, pack and prepare shipments; assist with inventory control and records; maintain cleanliness and safety; support the logistics team and follow company procedures.

Support HR/payroll activities: respond to employee queries, assist with hires and terminations, manage timekeeping and hours bank, support meal operations, administer benefits and company agreements, and perform general administrative tasks as requested by the coordinator.

Manage coffee traceability across procurement, processing, warehousing, logistics and shipments. Capture and verify farmer and lot data, maintain records aligned to certification standards, implement batch tracking (barcodes/QR/ERP), prepare client traceability reports, support audits, and recommend corrective actions to ensure compliance.

Assist warehouse leader with unloading coffee beans, filling bulk shipment containers, maintaining bag condition, and performing other related warehouse tasks. Role supports smooth export operations and requires adherence to company policies and safety standards.

Provide regional IT infrastructure and end-user support: install, maintain, and troubleshoot PCs, servers, networks, virtualization, security tools, CCTV/telephone systems; manage vendors, perform vulnerability scans and patching, document systems, and participate in Asia Pacific projects.
