Manages daily HR operations for a residential treatment facility, including employee relations, investigations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, performance management, terminations, personnel records, compliance, workers’ compensation, and HR reporting. Advises facility leadership, collaborates with corporate HR and payroll, supports audits, protects confidential employee and patient information, and implements a trauma-informed organizational model.
