Lead and develop teams that design, configure, deploy, govern, and support enterprise SaaS applications with emphasis on Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, and ServiceNow. Align application capabilities to business needs, oversee tenant and platform administration (M365 and ServiceNow), drive governance/security/compliance, manage projects and stakeholders, and promote operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Evaluate and resolve conflicts-of-interest for new matters and lateral hires, conduct complex conflicts analyses using internal systems and external databases, draft waivers and ethical screens, advise attorneys and leadership on risk and ethics, review Outside Counsel Guidelines, support matter opening workflows, educate staff on conflicts procedures, and participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergency conflict checks.
