Coordinate daily transport schedules and logistics, load orders into Sage, produce transport reports, liaise with production, despatch, customers and 3PLs, handle haulier and export paperwork and website data entry, resolve issues to keep production on track and represent planning in cross-functional meetings.

Provide generalist HR advisory services on-site: advise managers and colleagues on policies, investigations, performance and attendance management, maintain HR systems and KPIs, support engagement and people plans.
