Lead and coordinate a state coalition to prevent election sabotage by building relationships with officials and partners, developing and executing campaign plans, monitoring threats and legislation, providing policy expertise and trainings, liaising with national partners, and supporting election protection and strategic planning for Arizona.

Provide high-impact administrative support to multiple senior leaders: manage calendars and travel, coordinate meetings and materials, track projects and expenses, take notes, maintain records, support DC office operations, and liaise across teams to ensure timely follow-through and smooth executive functioning.

Lead editorial strategy and messaging for All Voting and AVL Action: develop messaging frameworks, manage editorial calendar, produce high-visibility content (reports, research, donor comms, social, video), craft executive narratives and rapid-response messaging, supervise a team of managers, and coordinate cross-functionally to advance awareness and pipeline growth. Occasional travel and on-site work in Washington, D.C. required.
