Support document control, contract administration, procurement coordination, and operational processes across projects. Maintain document control systems, contract registers, change logs, RFIs, and vendor records. Track deliverables, invoicing, change notices, and commercial risks. Provide administrative support to procurement, coordinate with engineering on forecasts and long-lead items, and assist executive document preparation to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance.

Lead day-to-day financial operations, reporting, tax coordination, and cash management for a growing fusion fuel company. Support funding structures, government grant and tax credit applications, financial controls, forecasting, and Board-level reporting. Manage finance function execution, liaise with external advisors, and provide analytical support for corporate finance and scaling initiatives.

Support the Global Business Development Lead by coordinating bids and proposals, maintaining the commercial pipeline, preparing customer-facing materials, supporting capture/win strategies, and aligning commercial activities with technical and operations teams to advance revenue and forecasting.
