Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient daily office operations: manage communications, prepare documents, maintain physical and electronic records, support document management and reporting, assist departments with administrative projects, perform data entry, and maintain confidentiality and professional workplace conduct.

Prepare monthly and annual US GAAP financial statements, support month- and year-end close, analyze manufacturing costs and inventory, manage general ledger reconciliations, assist tax filings across jurisdictions, support audits, and partner with global finance and operations to improve reporting and ERP processes.
