Lead technical procurement for engineering and production: develop strategy, source and qualify suppliers, negotiate contracts, ensure quality/compliance, manage inventory, implement procurement systems, mitigate supply risks, and mentor the procurement team.

Lead and mentor a team of industrial designers to develop user-centered products from concept through production. Oversee design strategy, prototyping, testing, cross-functional coordination, vendor management, and ensure manufacturability, quality, and alignment with business goals.

Gather and document WPS and money-exchange requirements, produce BRD/FRD and process flows, ensure MOHRE/CBUAE compliance, perform data analysis and reporting, liaise with stakeholders, and support related projects using JIRA/Confluence and Visio/Lucidchart.
