Provide on-site front-line helpdesk support: deploy, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, telephony and conferencing equipment. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, document tickets, perform equipment adds/moves/changes, maintain inventory, and occasionally work evenings/weekends.

Oversees financial operations for multiple medical entities including SAGE 100 accounting (payroll, AP, GL), prepares interim financials and tax filings, administers pensions, generates physician income calculations and proformas, manages cash with bank, and serves on finance-related committees.
