Administer, monitor, and maintain physical and virtual servers, storage, backups and SAN. Perform OS patching, AD group policy design, SIEM and vulnerability management, incident response, vendor liaison, change management, documentation, and on-call law-enforcement IT support with required background checks and CJIS compliance.

Perform HR administrative and technical duties for ~275 employees including applicant tracking, onboarding, benefits enrollment, personnel and I-9 file maintenance, payroll support, SOP creation, background checks, FMLA tracking support, and HR policy/process research. Provide customer service to employees and assist HR leadership with investigations, performance management, compensation actions, and large-scale record updates.
