Provide day-to-day administration and support of corporate servers, virtualization, storage, networking, and VoIP. Lead infrastructure upgrades, monitor performance and security, manage backups/disaster recovery, oversee MS SQL Server, and serve as escalation for Tier 2/3 issues while working with vendors and documenting systems.
