Lead accounting team to prepare and analyze financial statements, coordinate audits (annual, 401k, BCCS, CPRIT), submit Form 990 and regulatory reports, maintain internal controls, oversee budgeting, cash flow forecasting, month- and year-end close, internal audits, training, and ad-hoc financial analysis.
