Provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership: manage complex calendars and travel, prepare confidential correspondence and reports, coordinate meetings and events, track budgets and expenses, maintain files and databases, support payroll/timekeeping, and handle communications and office operations while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Lead and supervise ServiceNow platform operations and a team of analysts/developers. Oversee configuration, integrations, governance, CAB, incident management, SLAs/KPIs, reporting, and continuous improvement while supporting hiring, training, and executive reporting.

Lead and perform complex corporate accounting functions, mentor staff, research technical accounting issues, prepare financial reports and audit schedules, assist with ERP integrations, analyze financial statements, and develop process improvements across multi-company healthcare accounting systems.
