Provide onsite and remote IT support: install and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals; deploy and patch Windows 10/11; manage user accounts in Active Directory and Exchange; troubleshoot network/VPN/RDP/wireless; support NextGen EHR and other clinical systems; assist engineers with server, network, and VoIP maintenance and installations.
