Lead and manage contract lifecycle: draft, negotiate, execute, and maintain commercial and technology agreements. Track and manage third-party contracts, IPR, and case files. Advise business on legal risks, ensure regulatory and contractual compliance, support dispute resolution, and liaise with procurement, finance, and client legal teams.
