Serve as one of two HR Generalists supporting ~150 employees across multiple locations. Manage benefits, payroll, leave, employee relations, HR compliance, HRIS/reporting, performance management, recruiting support, training compliance, and culture/engagement initiatives to strengthen retention and operational excellence.
