Lead citywide technology strategy, enterprise architecture, and infrastructure operations. Oversee technology roadmaps, capital planning, governance, cloud and infrastructure modernization, resilience, and IAM. Manage ~130 staff, six direct reports, and a $60M+ budget while partnering across departments to prioritize projects, rationalize portfolios, and drive secure, cost-effective technology delivery.

Manage planning, development, budgeting, and delivery of the Citys Capital Improvement Program. Coordinate teams, monitor GO bond programs, develop policies, advise leadership, represent the City at public meetings, and oversee project schedules, scopes, costs, and implementation from inception through construction.

Provide process improvement and project support to department leaders: lead improvement teams, develop project plans, perform data analysis, recommend organizational change, define performance measures, and communicate initiatives across the organization.

Develops and implements public information and marketing campaigns, writes and edits content (news releases, blogs, newsletters, talking points), manages media relations and interviews, coordinates events and advertising, maintains web/intranet content, produces multimedia, and serves as liaison to the public and media for Austin Resource Recovery.
