Lead month-end close and prepare financial statements, perform budget-to-actual variance and trend analysis, support budgeting/forecasting and Medicare cost reporting, maintain general ledger and fixed assets, assist audits, develop financial models, improve processes, and mentor junior accounting staff while collaborating across the organization.

Provide in-office administrative and clerical support across the organization: manage correspondence, calendars, meetings, filing, mailings, reception coverage, office equipment, and document proofreading. Support leaders and teams, ensure reliable attendance, follow through on tasks independently, and collaborate with other administrative staff to maintain smooth daily operations.
