Manage end-to-end payroll across multiple jurisdictions, ensure statutory compliance and accurate reporting, run compensation benchmarking and salary review cycles, design and manage benefits strategy and renewals, support job grading and organisational design, act as HRIS power user, maintain HR administration and employee records, liaise with finance and vendors, and provide expert reward advice to HR business partners and leaders.
