Provide on-site primary IT support for the Pinellas Park facility and remote support across sites. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues; deploy and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, Windows servers, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory; participate in cybersecurity, patching, backups, and infrastructure projects; support ERP and manufacturing systems; coordinate vendors; maintain documentation; provide user training; perform occasional travel and after-hours support.
