Manage all reservation operations across museum admissions, programs, tours, events, cruises, and rentals. Serve as Tessitura superuser, supervise a Reservations Specialist, process bookings/payments, build reports and dashboards, coordinate with departments, track grants/scholarships, maintain SOPs, and recommend process improvements to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
