Manage daily IT operations and infrastructure across multi-site environments, lead IT support/helpdesk, enforce IT policies, ensure uptime/backup/disaster recovery, oversee security and compliance, coordinate vendors, drive process improvements and IT projects while supporting cross-functional operational needs.

The Chief Financial Officer oversees financial reporting, procurement, payroll services, maintains financial systems, manages personnel services, and supervises staff recruitment and financial audits.

The Bookkeeper manages day-to-day accounting tasks, including payroll processing, ledger maintenance, bank deposits, and vendor payments. Requires excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
