Manage full-cycle HR duties including onboarding, training compliance, recruitment, background checks, benefits and leave administration, workers' compensation, employee relations, investigations, performance management, and policy compliance. Support managers on hiring, maintain HRIS records, submit vendor invoices, and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws.

Provide administrative and legal research support to corporate counsel, draft correspondence and legal documents, manage contracts and licensing submissions, assist with litigation preparation, coordinate calendaring and filings, liaise with internal departments, and maintain project records. Supports EEOC and agency/court submissions and ensures compliance with health and safety standards.
