Process and distribute payroll accurately and timely, maintain payroll/HRIS data integrity, prepare quarterly and annual reports (941s, W-2s, ACA), reconcile payroll general ledger accounts, calculate other compensation and provider incentives, support audits, respond to employee payroll inquiries, and assist accounts payable and financial reporting as needed.

The Executive Assistant supports the Executive Leadership Team by managing complex calendars, facilitating communication, coordinating meetings, and ensuring effective execution of strategic initiatives across the organization.
