The Drainage Project Engineer will manage drainage and water resource projects, utilize engineering software, analyze data, and supervise design activities while ensuring compliance with TxDOT standards.

The Roadway Engineer will lead project designs, oversee junior engineers, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with DOT standards while delivering transportation projects.

Lead and assist roadway design projects: direct engineers and designers, prepare plans, estimates, specifications, schedules, coordinate subconsultants, ensure DOT design standards and QA/QC, manage budgets and timelines, and support business development.

Lead and manage transportation infrastructure projects in the Southwest region, ensuring on-time delivery, federal compliance, stakeholder coordination, technical issue resolution, community engagement, and quality and safety oversight.

Lead regional marketing and proposal efforts across the Mid-Atlantic: manage proposal staff, drive pursuit lifecycle, prepare and review proposals, develop collateral, maintain qualifications materials, capture lessons learned, and support client presentations and regional digital brand presence.

Lead roadway projects from planning through closeout: create Project Execution Plans, manage teams, ensure QC, control scope/budget/schedule, handle invoicing and AR, maintain client relationships, participate in business development, and produce monthly progress and revenue reports.

Lead and deliver roadway design projects including quantity calculations, engineering estimates, specifications, plans, and construction schedules. Direct engineers and designers, coordinate subconsultants, ensure DOT compliance, QA/QC, meet schedules and budgets, participate in client meetings and business development, and mentor project teams.
