Owns the operational health, resilience, lifecycle, governance, and continual improvement of Customer & Operations application platforms. Responsibilities include managing application portfolios and integrations, defining technology roadmaps, mitigating operational risk, supporting technical discovery, overseeing suppliers and SLAs, managing incidents and service performance, maintaining documentation, and representing technology in governance forums. The role also drives application rationalization, platform optimization, security compliance, and technical delivery management.

Deliver independent technical assurance across cloud, infrastructure, applications, identity, endpoints, networks, operational technology, and suppliers. Assess security controls, technology changes, solution designs, vulnerabilities, remediation evidence, exceptions, and risk acceptance. Coordinate penetration and specialist security testing, produce assurance findings and management reports, and provide constructive, evidence-based challenge to improve secure-by-design outcomes and technical risk management.

Design and deliver digital products across the full product design process, including research, concepting, prototyping, usability testing, interaction design, and high-fidelity visual design. Collaborate with product, development, delivery, and creative teams to execute the digital roadmap, strengthen brand experiences, apply design systems, ensure accessibility, and improve user journeys across responsive digital touchpoints.

Leads the Corporate Sales team and serves as deputy to the Head of Corporate Sales. Builds strategic partnerships with travel management companies, joint venture partners, hotels, and industry stakeholders. Uses customer insight and performance data to drive commercial strategy, profitable growth, loyalty, and retention. Oversees negotiations, senior business reviews, cross-functional initiatives, and team development while strengthening corporate sales performance.
