Support OPS Africa by consolidating regional inputs into executive-ready planning, market development, and performance reports. Create market, competitor, and customer models, produce insights and presentations, maintain data sources and process documentation, and drive automation and dashboards to improve analysis efficiency.

Design and lead software architecture and technical strategy; create architectural blueprints, recommend tools and technologies, improve system design, perform architectural and code reviews, and occasionally implement code (PHP/Java/Go/Python). Work with microservices, queues, caching, Docker/Kubernetes, and collaborate with product and engineering teams on large-scale software and ecommerce platforms.

Design, develop, and maintain payment-related web applications using PHP (Laravel), JavaScript (React/Vue). Integrate third-party APIs, optimize performance, work with MySQL and AWS, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to process improvements.

Manage and validate card dispute workflows (representments, retrievals, pre-arbitration) on scheme portals, prepare chargeback financial batches, analyze supporting documents, ensure scheme compliance and PCI DSS adherence, and coordinate with merchants, banks, schemes, and internal stakeholders.

Translate business needs into structured user stories and acceptance criteria, define end-to-end user journeys, enforce API consistency, validate APIs with Postman, support QA and integration teams, troubleshoot production issues, and maintain API documentation (Swagger/developer portal).

Ensure production application reliability by monitoring system health, troubleshooting and resolving incidents, performing maintenance/patches, automating tasks via scripting, collaborating with development to improve performance, documenting incident resolutions, and participating in shift and on-call rotations.
