Support and optimize warehouse management system (WMS) solutions by gathering requirements, mapping processes, building integrations, writing SQL for analysis, executing testing and UAT, delivering training, providing Level 2 application support, and collaborating with vendors and development teams to implement WMS enhancements that improve warehouse operations and fulfillment.

Lead multi-site supply chain and fulfillment operations focusing on safety, P&L, customer service, continuous improvement, workforce planning, WMS-driven execution, KPIs, and associate development to deliver speed, accuracy, and scalable processes.

Manage inventory control, quality assurance, and KPIs across multiple sites. Lead and coach cycle counters, inventory analysts, and supervisors; enforce safety and hazmat procedures; optimize floor space and workflow; oversee OS&D claims, review KPI reports, drive corrective actions, and act as escalation point for multi-site inventory issues.

Provide on-site HR support for a growing logistics facility: recruit and onboard associates, coordinate training and events, manage performance and employee relations, ensure compliance with employment laws, assist compensation analysis, process separations, and support site leadership. Travel to Jacksonville, FL required.

Lead Manhattan Active WM solution design and multi-site rollout, migrate legacy WMS/TMS/WES/WCS, define processes and standards, validate warehouse hardware and automation, manage integrations, testing, cutover, go-live stabilization, documentation, and mentor internal teams.
