The Insurance Producer is responsible for meeting sales quotas, managing a book of business, and utilizing sales tools for client acquisition and retention.

Serve as primary client contact for commercial lines accounts: manage new and renewal placements, gather underwriting information, prepare submissions, maintain carrier relationships, handle policy changes/endorsements/certificates, and support retention using AMS360.

Manage a portfolio of Commercial Lines and Agriculture insurance accounts as primary client relationship lead. Oversee renewals, carrier marketing, coverage negotiations, policy audits, claims advocacy, and mentor junior staff. Drive retention, cross-selling, AMS360 account integrity, and provide executive-level consultative risk management.

Manage a commercial lines book of business: service clients, market and place coverage, handle underwriting and renewals, perform risk analysis, provide recommendations, cross-sell, prepare proposals, and maintain relationships with clients, producers, and underwriters.

Lead Trucordia's MPCI crop insurance program for a market: drive revenue growth, build AIP and agent relationships, partner with sales, oversee operations, monitor RMA/AIP bulletins, and implement strategies to meet profitability targets.

Manage a commercial lines book of business: handle marketing, underwriting, renewals, risk analysis, placement recommendations, cross-selling, client and producer relationships, and produce proposals and presentations to retain and grow accounts.

Sell personal lines insurance by meeting monthly/quarterly/annual quotas through cold calls, appointments, and presentations. Manage and grow a book of business to support renewals, collaborate with Client Service to place accounts, and use Trucordia sales tools and methodologies to close new business.
