Support product lifecycle and sustainment activities by driving engineering changes, updating drawings/BOMs, maintaining product data, and working with Manufacturing, Quality, Service and Programme teams to implement improvements and resolve obsolescence, quality, and value-engineering issues.

Support the Controller in month-end and year-end close, prepare consolidated financial statements, reconcile balance sheets, manage AR/AP and fixed assets, conduct financial analysis and forecasting, establish internal controls, support integration to a public parent, and lead finance process improvements.

Prospect and manage EPC project business from inception to completion in Oil & Gas, Chemical, Power and Industrial sectors. Develop targeting plans, build relationships with EPCs/OEMs and end users, manage project funnel, liaise with global teams, promote John Crane products, facilitate project kick-offs and transition planning to maximize project wins.

Lead management of the orderbook to improve OTIF and reduce backorders by coordinating supply chain, manufacturing, and sales. Develop standardized KPIs, SOPs, and planning processes, use ERP/MRP systems, run tier reviews, resolve supply/demand issues, phase orders in the ERP, and lead a team of orderbook specialists.

Lead product design, sustaining engineering, and end-to-end NPI for rugged photonics and micro-electronics. Manage and develop a technical team, drive process improvements, supplier collaboration, cost optimization (VAVE), and ensure compliance with regulatory and controlled-goods requirements. Report on KPIs, budgets, and technical briefings to senior management.
