Deliver end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of Microsoft 365 identity and endpoint security (Entra ID, Intune, Defender for Endpoint, Conditional Access, Autopilot). Implement Zero Trust, PIM, MFA/passwordless, device management, EDR, and compliance baselines. Lead discovery, pilots, production rollouts, automation, documentation, and client handover across enterprise and public-sector clients in the MENA region.

Drive revenue by positioning and selling end-to-end modern infrastructure solutions across enterprise and government customers in Kuwait. Lead technical sales engagements from discovery to handover: solution design, vendor engagement, PoCs, RFP responses, executive presentations, and pipeline/forecast management.

Lead partner enablement, onboarding, governance, and operational readiness across Tier 2 and Tier 3 partners. Drive certification progression, readiness plans, renewals, and lifecycle processes.
