The Senior SAP HR Payroll Consultant works with clients to design, implement, and test payroll requirements in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, ensuring client needs are met through effective collaboration.

Process UK payrolls accurately and on time: input and validate data, run payroll, handle statutory documentation, reconcile payments, answer employee queries, test system functions, support junior staff, identify risks and improvements, and liaise with clients and providers.

Process end-to-end German payroll, manage ticket queues, validate payroll data and reports, handle confidential information, support system testing and issue resolution, maintain legislative knowledge, and participate in projects while providing peer knowledge transfers.

Support and optimize HR technology (primarily Workday) across the employee lifecycle: gather requirements, consult with HR partners, configure/test integrations and security, guide AMS, triage Tier 2/3 issues, evaluate releases, and provide training and documentation to improve HR processes.

Provide specialist-level SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Off AMS support, configure and optimize EC objects, workflows, business rules, and integrations (IAS/IPS). Support US-timezone operations, perform regression testing and deployments, advise stakeholders, produce documentation, and deliver user training while ensuring compliance and audit readiness.
