Lead electrical characterization of SiC and GaN power devices across temperature, voltage, and switching conditions. Develop and execute static and dynamic test plans, analyze large datasets, automate test methods, correlate wafer/package/system performance, and produce technical reports and recommendations.

Provide frontline and escalated end-user IT support for hardware, software, networking, and connectivity. Manage incidents and service requests via ticketing, administer AD/Entra accounts, configure endpoints (Intune/SCCM/MDM), image and deploy devices, maintain IT asset inventory, document solutions and SOPs, and recommend process improvements to reduce repeat issues.

Lead product marketing for GaN power devices in Taiwan/Asia, define product roadmap, translate customer requirements into product solutions, drive design-win and adoption across AI/data center and industrial power markets, engage customers and cross-functional teams, and develop technical collateral and reference architectures.
