Manage HR operations for BasiGo Rwanda: own employee relations, policy and compliance with Rwandan labour law, recruitment, L&D support, engagement initiatives, and manager partnering. Serve as primary HR contact, liaise with authorities and counsel, improve HR processes, and develop junior HR staff in a fast-growing startup.
