Manage enterprise customer engagement and success for Checkmarx application security solutions. Provide deployment, onboarding, operational, and technical guidance; drive platform adoption, consumption, and customer value; manage milestones and mutual activity plans; deliver training; analyze usage and telemetry; report outcomes and ROI; advocate for customer needs; and support expansion opportunities while collaborating with internal teams.

Own platform product strategy and roadmap execution across multiple product lines. Partner with Engineering, Sales, Deal Desk, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations on platform enablement, customer migrations, feature guidance, releases, and field training. Use customer, competitor, market, adoption, and usage insights to prioritize investments and optimize strategy. Execute outbound prospecting campaigns across APJ using calling, personalized email, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Identify and qualify opportunities using MEDDIC, manage inbound leads, maintain accurate Salesforce records, collaborate with Account Executives, build prospect relationships, and meet quarterly quotas for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.

Lead and scale a DevOps/platform engineering organization for a large-scale SaaS cybersecurity product. Manage Team Leaders, define platform strategy, own cloud architecture and operational excellence, drive CI/CD, Kubernetes, IaC, GitOps, observability, and DevSecOps practices, and partner across engineering, product, and security to improve reliability and delivery.

Lead complex cross-functional engineering programs and release lifecycles end-to-end. Create and maintain program/release plans, monitor execution, surface risks/dependencies, drive mitigations, report status and KPIs, improve processes, and coach Agile practices to ensure predictable delivery and stakeholder alignment.

Generate qualified sales pipeline across Iberia through outbound prospecting, calling, LinkedIn, and personalized email campaigns. Qualify inbound and new business opportunities using MEDDIC, build relationships with Spanish-speaking prospects, maintain accurate Salesforce records, and collaborate with Account Executives to refine messaging and strategies. Meet quarterly meeting-booking and pipeline-generation targets while adapting to market feedback and accommodating peak sales periods.

Owns new business acquisition, renewals, account expansion, pipeline development, and multi-year software license deals across the U.S. federal sector. The role manages customer relationships, co-sells with partners, maintains accurate forecasts in Salesforce and Clari, develops cybersecurity industry expertise, and uses AI tools for account research and personalized outreach. Travel to customer and channel sites may be required.

Owns new business acquisition, renewals, account expansion, and quota attainment across U.S. federal customers. The role manages the full account lifecycle, builds pipeline, closes multi-year software licensing deals, develops partner relationships, maintains forecast accuracy, and engages security buyers through consultative selling and personalized outreach. Travel to customer and channel sites may be required.

Serve as a technical adviser and product expert for Checkmarx in India and nearby regions. Drive technical evaluation in sales cycles, perform demos, respond to RFPs, gather and relay customer requirements to product teams, design solution implementations, and support field events and conferences. Role requires customer-facing pre-sales work, collaboration with sales/product teams, and occasional travel.

Partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance to govern deals, manage contracts and credit, support collections, maintain SFDC contract processes, track ACV KPIs, support RFPs and AWS Marketplace offers, and improve commercial processes and reporting for NA and LATAM sales.
