Source and engage experienced financial advisors via outbound calling and email campaigns, manage candidate pipeline and CRM/ESA records, collaborate with regional leaders to execute territory recruitment strategies, and provide market/product insight to overcome objections and secure meetings.

Review and approve advisor-created marketing and retail communications for regulatory compliance. Provide feedback, coaching, and education to advisors and field leaders, support process improvements, stay current on regulatory changes, and represent the firm in examinations or regulatory matters.

Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders by managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings and events, handling communications, travel and expense processing, preparing presentations, supporting department operations and special projects, and mentoring/onboarding other administrative staff.

Serve as employment counsel for Ameriprise India, advising on employment law, compliance, investigations, PoSH Act, and litigation management; partner with GCO and HR, provide training, monitor regulatory changes, and support general legal matters for India operations.
