Own renewal and retention outcomes for a portfolio of U.S. small business customers. Proactively manage renewal timelines 60–90 days ahead, identify churn risk, execute save strategies, lead renewal conversations, maintain forecasting and CRM documentation, run structured check-ins, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth on-time policy renewals. Role requires working onsite nights (8pm–5am PK).
