Lead internal communications strategy to inform and engage employees across channels (intranet, newsletters, social media). Produce content, draft messages and presentations, advise senior leaders, support crisis communications, coordinate digital content and LinkedIn activity with external comms, brief designers, manage budget and processes for events and attendance, and deliver internal presentations to strengthen company culture.

Lead development of ICE's copyright product: design and implement scalable AWS-based microservices, collaborate with product teams, conduct code reviews, own technical decisions, mentor engineers, champion quality and testing, and explore AI-assisted engineering to improve productivity.
