Support delivery of the Data Side of Change across Risk by guiding change teams through governance requirements, identifying data risks, and producing management information and reporting for data forums and Risk committees. Develop local market relationships, acquire new high-value clients, use specialist credit and sector knowledge, adopt digital tools, and proactively manage risk while supporting team and regional goals.

Provide email and occasional phone support for employees using the car scheme: manage enquiries on logins, pricing, vehicle specs, CSV uploads, starter/leaver data, escalate IT tickets, allocate leads, and support process improvements across teams.

Provide administrative support to the Risk & Compliance team for 12 months, handling Subject Access Requests, managing risk and control records, preparing data and reports, redacting sensitive information, and supporting governance and compliance trackers.

Mentor engineers, contribute to cloud platform roadmaps, support Azure products and associated tooling, and participate in on-call rota duties.

Lead GI risk oversight for personal lines (household, motor, pet), challenging reserving, pricing, models and strategies. Provide technical advice on reserving, reinsurance, capital and regulatory compliance, perform deep-dive financial risk reviews, support risk appetite setting, and collaborate with first-line teams and stakeholders across hubs.
