Lead procurement and logistics for Fiber Foodservice: develop sourcing strategies, manage supplier selection and negotiations, oversee import logistics and compliance, optimize inventory and costs, monitor supplier performance, drive continuous improvement, and mentor cross-functional teams to meet KPI targets.

Provide timely support to the customer service team by responding to internal and customer enquiries about orders and returns, escalating issues as needed, and preparing and administering customer documentation.

Lead and manage the Accounts Payable team to ensure accurate, timely vendor payments, expense reimbursements, and AP records. Lead statutory reporting and compliance for Huhtamaki AG and branches (Switzerland, UAE, Finland). Manage month-end close in Oracle Fusion, coordinate external audits, oversee tax compliance (transfer pricing, Pillar Two), maintain IFRS-to-local GAAP reconciliations, strengthen controls, and provide financial analysis and governance support to management and accounting teams.

Provide legal advice on company and securities law, governance, disclosure and reporting for a listed company; manage subsidiary and insider frameworks; support board and investor communications; draft and negotiate financing documentation; advise on treasury, M&A, restructurings, and corporate reorganizations; develop governance policies and processes.

Support monthly closing, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance and profitability analyses. Prepare financial and operational performance reports and ad-hoc analyses, ensure data accuracy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive process improvements using BI, AI analytics, and automation.
