As a Sr. Workday HCM Solution Architect, you will collaborate with sales, delivery, and Workday to deliver solutions to clients, translate business and technical requirements into project blueprints, engage in sales activities, assist in deployment planning, provide leadership to junior consultants, and contribute to practice development by documenting best practices and optimizing the Workday Tenant.

As a Workday Senior HCM Consultant, you'll work on teams to deliver solutions to clients. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, configuring the Workday application, and mentoring less experienced Consultants. Must have 2+ years of functional experience with Workday HCM and lead 5+ Workday Talent deployments.

As an Engagement Manager, you will fully manage the successful implementation of Workday solutions for customers. You will be responsible for client engagement, project execution, team leadership, and ensuring all business opportunities are maximized through creative approaches to client needs.
