As an Investment Scout in the CVX Venture Scout Programme, you will identify and research startups, summarize your findings in a proposal memo, and potentially present it to the CVX Investment Team. This role allows you to learn essential VC skills while building a network and contributing to the investment process.

The Head of Investments will be responsible for managing a portfolio, sourcing and analyzing investment opportunities, negotiating term sheets, and closing investment rounds for growth companies. The role requires a high work ethic, analytical skills, and a proactive approach to investing. A bachelor or master's degree with 2-5 years of experience in venture capital, entrepreneurship, consulting, or banking is expected.
