Support execution of marketing initiatives across content, events, social, email, and digital channels. Create content (blogs, one-pagers, emails), coordinate event logistics, schedule and engage on social media, update web content and webinars, and support customer communications to drive campaign delivery and community engagement.

Lead and coach the Customer Success team to improve retention and renewals, build playbooks and CRM practices, manage a small portfolio of school partners, drive operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration, and support the team through product launches and change.
