Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms. Identify and manage creator relationships, develop campaign briefs, track trends, coordinate logistics, and report performance using Creator Core, Cobrand, and internal dashboards. Collaborate with A&R, product managers, creative teams, and agencies to drive artist campaigns and fan acquisition.

Lead YouTube account strategy to maximize revenue by analyzing data, building dashboards, and delivering insights. Manage cross-functional projects, coordinate artist campaigns and partners, resolve network issues, and educate internal teams. Use Snowflake, Python/SQL, and performance testing to drive monetization and report on outcomes for senior leadership.

Provide high-level administrative support to Business & Legal Affairs and the CFO, manage calendars and travel, facilitate contract routing and rights data entry, process invoices and vendor setup, draft communications, maintain confidential filing systems, produce presentations and reports, and drive operational improvements across the department.

Manage high-volume third-party catalog and royalty inquiries, research internal royalty systems, coordinate payee/vendor setups and changes, draft letters of direction, remediate holds, generate reports, and improve case management and customer-service workflows while liaising with legal, finance, and label teams.

Support international release scheduling and optimization, manage finance admin for U.S. marketing campaigns, maintain artist metadata and reports, extract and organize streaming/playlist/chart data, and prepare regular reports to support artist development across global markets.
