Manage full employee lifecycle for domestic and international employees, maintain HRIS data, ensure compliance with employment laws and audits, support employee relations, partner with recruiting/payroll/benefits/legal, develop policies and job descriptions, coordinate performance management and training, and implement HR projects and initiatives.

Provide administrative support across finance and operations: manage corporate expense reporting and credit cards, administer Concur, onboard and maintain vendor records, transfer project and financial data between systems, and support employee inquiries and vendor compliance to ensure audit-ready documentation.
