The Associate I, IHC R&D functions with minimal supervision and guidance within the Reagent Research and Development Laboratory. The Associate I conducts product development activities on new and existing products involving Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and in situ hybridization (ISH) procedures within well-defined guidelines.

Responsible for ensuring compliance of products and monitoring company's conformance to regulatory requirements. Supports product development and completes global regulatory submissions for marketing. Maintains knowledge of applicable regulations and harmonized standards. Participates in audits, inspections, risk management, recall activities, and provides regulatory guidance to teams. Generates technical documentation and ensures regulatory compliance through SOPs, submissions, and training. Keeps up to date with regulatory changes and performs gap analysis as needed.

Responsible for revenue generation, new customer acquisition, and profitable promotion of Biocare reagent products and instrumentation to existing and future customers in clinical and research markets. Key responsibilities include meeting annual quotas, establishing customer relationships, introducing new products, and coordinating the sales process.
