Support three or four sales managers/directors in bringing convention visitors to Columbus by finalizing and distributing convention sales leads, assisting with client site inspections, maintaining CRM data, and providing team support and administrative tasks.

As a Partnership Coordinator, you will support the plan to generate membership and partnership revenue, coordinate projects for growing partnerships, communicate with partners, set and achieve goals, maintain partner and member benefits, support special projects, manage database entry, coordinate partnership events, attend industry functions, and demonstrate commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

Assist in maintaining marketing strategies and channels in direct support of convention and group sales, customer engagement services, and partnership efforts. Develop and manage sales materials and collateral for Destination Services team. Experience in integrated marketing communications, managing marketing plans and projects, graphic design, and highly organized with effective time management skills.
