Develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications using .NET and C#. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, software architecture, coding, testing, debugging, refactoring, documentation, technical support, and responding to client and partner requests. Develop work instructions, maintain inspection and test plans, support regulatory and customer inspections, and provide real-time quality guidance on the manufacturing floor. Supervise and train quality inspectors and team members while driving process improvements and ensuring adherence to applicable codes and standards.

Develops concepts into mature designs, performs finite element and related analyses, supports engineering and licensing documentation, prepares deliverables, and communicates progress with multidisciplinary teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

Facilitates engineering deliverables for SMR plant design, licensing goals, technical issue resolution, and input definition across multidisciplinary teams and external partners. Manages risk, quality assurance, configuration control, project scope validation, integrated schedules, and technical project programs. Coordinates stakeholders, vendors, and subcontractors; supports technical leadership with planning and prioritization; mentors adjunct technical project managers.
