The Accounting Manager oversees accounting operations to ensure accuracy in financial processes and compliance. They manage accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and sales tax functions, participate in month-end close, and drive process improvements and automation initiatives.

Partner with leaders to deliver HR solutions across the employee lifecycle, handle employee relations, support performance and compensation processes, drive HR process improvements, workforce planning, engagement, change management, and serve as an onsite trusted HR presence to enhance organizational health and manager effectiveness.

Manage and administer employee benefits, compensation, immigration, and compliance programs. Collaborate with leadership on HR strategy, oversee onboarding and LMS-based training, conduct internal audits, and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws. Support leave administration and year-end compensation planning.
